Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns Window
You may return unworn, unused clothing items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered clothing

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Final sale or discounted clearance items (if marked)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
